Halcyon Days uses time-honoured methods to create living wines that are a dynamic expression of our reira in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Halcyon Days wine is made with organic grapes from a BioGro certified Mangatahi vineyard, planted in loam over red gravel alluvial soils. Mangatahi is a sub-region of Hawke’s Bay on the southern terraces of the braided Ngaruroro river.
Our fruit is handpicked, natural ferment, and our wines are unfined, unfiltered, with no additions.
Our wines are available at many fine establishments throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
